Questions
What's included in the 7-day free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that includes 4 full articles: really written, really linked, saved as drafts in your Shopify blog. You see the whole engine work on your actual store before you're charged.
What does "store-aware" actually mean?
Before writing a word, SEOBoss reads your store (products, pages, existing posts) and checks what you've already published. Articles fit your store and cover new ground instead of duplicating old topics. Every capability is explained in detail here.
What is Agent Mode, and who gets it?
Agent Mode is included in Boss Mode and Boss Pro. The Agent runs the full pipeline on a schedule you set, and you choose whether each article saves as a draft for review or publishes directly. Baby Boss is manual and draft-first: you generate and approve each article yourself.
Does anything publish without my approval?
Not unless you tell it to. Drafts are the default on every plan. Direct publishing only happens on Boss Mode and Boss Pro, and only if you switch the Agent into publish mode yourself.
What are product-aware hero images and the Social Kit?
Every article gets a hero image generated for that specific article, and when a real product from your store fits the story, the image is built around your actual product. Not stock photos, not generic AI art. The image budget on every plan also covers the Social Kit: ready-to-post images sized for Instagram (1:1), LinkedIn (16:9) and Pinterest (2:3), each one built from the article and your product, with one-click regeneration if you want a different take.
Why "launch pricing", and will prices go up?
These are early rates while SEOBoss grows its review base on the App Store. As the engine and its costs grow, new-customer pricing will rise. Installing now locks in your rate.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from inside the app. Billing runs through Shopify, so changes are handled on your Shopify invoice like any other app.
