SEOBOSS Blog Engine – Refund Policy

SEOBOSS Blog Engine is a digital subscription service delivered through the Shopify App platform.
Subscriptions
SEOBOSS subscriptions are billed and managed through Shopify’s billing system. Charges appear on the merchant’s Shopify invoice according to the selected plan.
Refunds
Because SEOBOSS provides immediate access to digital features and usage-based services (such as content generation and publishing), we do not offer automatic refunds for subscription fees or used credits.
However, we understand that issues can occur. If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using the App as intended, please contact us at robbie@seoboss.com. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation
Merchants may cancel their subscription at any time through the Shopify Admin. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges unless required by law or approved by us.
Shopify Billing
All billing, proration, and subscription management is handled by Shopify. SEOBOSS does not have direct access to payment details.
