SEOBOSS Blog Engine – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SEOBOSS Blog Engine Shopify application (the “App”) and related services (the “Services”), operated by Dotcom Publishing trading as SEOBOSS (“SEOBOSS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be a Shopify merchant or authorized representative of a Shopify store to use the App.

2) Description of the Services

SEOBOSS provides tools that help merchants generate, manage, and publish blog content within Shopify. The Services are provided on a subscription and/or usage-based basis.

3) Subscriptions and Billing

Billing for the App is handled through Shopify’s billing system and appears on your Shopify invoice. Pricing, plan limits, and usage allowances are displayed in the App.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify Admin. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.

4) Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, available at:
https://seoboss.com/policies/refund-policy

5) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services

  • Circumvent plan limits or usage controls

  • Use the App in a way that violates Shopify’s Terms of Service or applicable laws

6) Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

7) Intellectual Property

The App, Services, and related software are owned by SEOBOSS. Content generated through the App for a merchant belongs to the merchant.

8) Service Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9) Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBOSS disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBOSS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
